Ink Based: Ink Sublimation

Target User: Heat transfer operator such as t-shirt, apparel factory, premium shop who produce a value added products such as custom made t-shirt, neck tie and scarf.

Product Application: The paper is to be printed by inkjet printers with sublimation inks. By using heat press machines such as manual heat transfer and ratory heating machinery, a printed image paper is onto the polyester fabric by heating around 20 seconds to 1 minutes subject to your handling procedure and machinery is to applied.

Unique selling point: The paper is printed onto a colourful image from A4 size to 60” inches (1.6m) onto the fabric with a brilliant, sharp and rightfulness colorshade.

Advantages:

• Fast production is produced a colourful image comparing to silkscreen process is more time consuming.
• Lower product cost is meant that it is not required of stencil, developing a negative black & white film especially small quantity order.
